For those who’ve tried everything

Your metabolic health conditions are connected. The Good Fight treats them that way.

Conditions analysed as a connected whole

Grounded in clinical evidence, not wellness trends

Find out your risk level, for free

The Good Fight assesses high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and dyslipidaemia together—because these conditions can share the same underlying drivers. We interpret what the numbers mean in combination and build a plan from there.

The pattern

How the pieces fit together

High blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and dyslipidaemia are recognised metabolic syndrome symptoms that share the same underlying drivers—and influence each other in ways that rarely get explained. A GP addresses what’s in front of them. A naturopath takes a different angle. A diet improves one marker while quietly shifting another. After years of these separate approaches, you have more information than ever, and no clearer idea of what’s actually going on.

For instance, statins, one of the most commonly prescribed medications for dyslipidaemia, are a leading driver of pre-diabetes. The dots are all there. They’ve just never been joined.

Fragmented Care

Each condition is treated as its own problem.

Conflicting results

What improves one condition can worsen another.

No complete picture

Plenty of information, but still no clear path forward.

Our programme addresses the full picture.

Assessment before analysis. Context before conclusions

At The Good Fight, a thorough assessment maps everything that matters: your health history, your lifestyle, your previous treatments, and the specific ways your conditions interact.

From there, we work with your existing test results and reports to interpret what they mean in unison. Where gaps exist, we will help you ask the right questions of the right people.

The plan that follows draws each thread together: nutrition, lifestyle, psychology, behaviour change, and supplementation, where the evidence supports it. Nothing is treated separately—because nothing exists in isolation.

Ongoing Accountability

How many of these sound familiar?

Blood pressure won't budge
Managing pre-diabetes, not resolving it
Fatigue that never gets explained
Medication managing numbers, not causes
Good cholesterol keeps dropping
Triglyceride levels that won't improve
Stress driving blood sugar up
Fix one condition, worsen another
Multiple practitioners, still no answers
Exhausted despite sleeping enough
Energy that crashes by midday
Brain fog that never fully clears
  • You have a diagnosis of high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, or dyslipidaemia—or more than one.
  • You are on medication, but don’t feel meaningfully better.
  • You have tried multiple approaches, and none have produced lasting, measurable change.
  • You know what you should be doing, but the habits and patterns that are stopping you feel impossible to shift.
  • You want to understand what is actually driving your metabolic health conditions—not just manage the numbers.
  • You aren’t open to exploring the impact lifestyle, psychology, or nutrition has on your metabolic syndrome symptoms.
  • You are looking for a diagnosis; this programme interprets and connects your existing data—it’s not a substitute for a GP or specialist.
  • You aren’t ready to commit consistently; progress here is measurable, but it requires follow-through.
  • You have recently had a cardiac event or surgery and are not yet medically stable.

The Good Fight complements your existing medical care. It does not replace it.

How it works

Our four-step approach to connecting the dots.

01

Fragmented Care

Complete a short online assessment tailored to your condition—high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, or dyslipidaemia. At the end, you receive a personalised overview showing where you sit: low, medium, or high risk.

02

Comprehensive Report

Complete a short online assessment tailored to your condition—high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, or dyslipidaemia. At the end, you receive a personalised overview showing where you sit: low, medium, or high risk.

03

Personalised Recommendations

Based on what the comprehensive report reveals, we build an individualised set of recommendations around your specific picture. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all template applied to everyone.

04

Ongoing Programme and Monitoring

When you are ready to take the next step, we offer ongoing personalised programmes with regular 45-minute check-ins. Progress is tracked against measurable markers—the same numbers you already know—so improvement is visible, not just felt.

Our assessments and comprehensive reports are available as standalone services.
The ongoing programme is available in limited numbers at launch.

How The Good Fight connected the dots for Richard

For more than 15 years, Richard saw GPs, psychologists, and naturopaths for a cluster of conditions he knew were connected. He had diagnoses. He data data. What he didn’t have was anyone looking at all of it together.

The pieces were all there—pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, and depression. Each practitioner picked one up, but none of them considered them at once. And because no one looked at the full picture, nothing improved overall.

That changed when The Good Fight reviewed everything together. Through a structured assessment and a detailed review of Richard’s health data, we interpreted what the numbers meant together. From there, we connected the pieces into an integrated plan covering nutrition, lifestyle, and psychology.

Across multiple metabolic health markers, Richard began to see measurable improvements simultaneously.

At 53, he describes having more energy than he did at 30.

It is the evidence-based and synergistic application of a number of disciplines in combination that makes it work. Solutions are out there in isolation, but combining them all is a massive challenge, as the health system is not set up that way. This is what makes it different.

Disclosure: This is a single case representing honest early evidence, not a clinical trial. It is presented because it is genuine, not to suggest all participants will see equivalent outcomes.
